Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • 2+ years of sales operations experience in a professional services firm, including hands-on use of a CRM system
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experience with full cycle sales processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and foundational SQL experience
  • Clear, concise, and advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and time deadlines
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and approach opportunities in a flexible and creative manner

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing and sales initiatives from conception through completion
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of organizational policies and governance frameworks relevant to marketing and sales operations
  • Document and communicate policy updates to relevant teams, including change management components
  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support end-to-end business process analysis and oversight, with particular focus on Dynamics 365 (D365) workflows and associated documentation to ensure user adoption and success measurement
  • Monitor project progress, metrics, and performance through D365 and other analytics tools; identify blockers and escalate issues as needed
  • Create D365 dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support user adoption, account, lead, and opportunity management; work with the Growth Intelligence and Insights team on reports leveraging data from Workday

  • The estimated base pay range for this role is $60,000-81,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases.
