About The Position

As a Growth Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving organic acquisition strategies and building the operational foundations to scale them effectively. This hands-on position blends experimentation with execution, allowing you to test growth strategies, optimize performance, and implement systems that enable repeatable success. You will collaborate across teams to create processes, document best practices, and establish infrastructure that supports sustainable growth. With a focus on YouTube and SEO, your work will influence multiple channels and directly contribute to the company’s expansion. The role offers opportunities to expand responsibilities and potentially lead a team as the business scales, providing a dynamic and fast-paced environment for professional growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO, YouTube growth, or affiliate marketing, ideally in competitive verticals
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and hands-on optimization tactics
  • Systems thinker with the ability to translate tactics into repeatable processes
  • Resourceful, autonomous, and solution-oriented with the ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
  • Track record of measurable growth wins, demonstrating impact with metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make) and managing distributed teams is a bonus
  • Familiarity with iGaming or high-competition affiliate niches is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Research, test, and implement strategies to maximize visibility on YouTube and search engines
  • Monitor algorithm updates and uncover new opportunities for growth
  • Design and execute experiments across multiple acquisition channels, tracking and reporting results
  • Build and maintain operational systems and technical infrastructure to support scalable growth
  • Solve operational challenges and optimize processes to outperform external platforms
  • Develop repeatable processes and document best practices for growth, engagement, and CTR optimization
  • Mentor and guide team members as the growth function evolves
