The Growth Operations Manager (Sales Operations Manager) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by enabling the sales organization with the processes, insights, tools, and planning needed to execute effectively. This role blends hands-on operational execution with long-term strategic planning, supporting initiatives such as New Product Introductions (NPIs), sales growth programs, account planning, branch performance management, and sales activity optimization. This position is based in Dallas, TX and requires onsite work 5 days per week. Relocation is not provided.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience with SAP required
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting sales teams in B2B or industrial/commercial environments
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience in glass, metal, or hardware is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and bookings productivity
  • Maintain and enhance CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) to ensure data quality and reporting effectiveness
  • Deliver routine and ad hoc analytics to support decision-making across sales leadership
  • Manage and improve sales forecasting processes
  • Partner with marketing to evaluate and optimize digital tools and performance
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness across sales teams
  • Design and execute growth initiatives including campaigns, targeting models, and incentive programs
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and IT to translate strategy into execution
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track business performance
  • Lead the account planning process to identify opportunities, risks, and growth strategies
  • Develop templates, tools, and best practices for consistent execution
  • Support sales teams with playbooks, training materials, and enablement resources
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards at the branch and regional level
  • Partner with leadership to set targets, monitor progress, and close performance gaps
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive local growth
  • Define and monitor sales activity expectations across teams
  • Equip sales leaders with tools and insights to improve performance
  • Identify trends and opportunities to enhance customer engagement
