You will work on how we recruit talent (ie: partnerships, marketing, data tracking across channels, etc.) and how we vet talent. Sometimes, you will be the leader of projects where you will directly manage talent and ensure quality in their output and then present it directly to the client. This is a unique role in that you will help do everything internally while also being client facing where needed. The ideal candidate will have the ability and excitement to lead internal programs, while also liaising directly with clients. As a startup, it is impossible to predict which days/weeks will be spent doing which part of the role; candidates should be excited to do both. Some of the hats you will wear in this role: deciding marketing channels, reviewing ad copy, working on how we vet experts, vendor negotiation, team management, data quality assessment, deliverable quality assurance and coordination with clients; and the list goes on.
