About The Position

This is a high-octane, sleeves-rolled-up role for someone who thrives on building from scratch. You will be incredibly hands-on, working directly with Operations Leadership to execute on highly ambiguous, high-impact growth projects. Your goal: parachute into ground-zero initiatives - whether that's standing up a brand new category, piloting a new operational model, or spearheading a strategic launch - hack together the initial supply and demand, and do absolutely whatever it takes to ignite the marketplace flywheel.

Requirements

  • You have a "founder" mindset and an extreme Bias for Action.
  • You don't wait for permission or perfect data; you just deliver results.
  • You thrive in a high-pressure environment where the pace is fast, expectations are massive, and you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • You are deeply comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and unstructured problem-solving.
  • 2+ years in Operations, Finance, Launch, Management Consulting, or high-growth startup environments, with a proven track record of owning chaotic, ground-level execution and turning it into success.

Responsibilities

  • Build the Playbook: Take new initiatives from 0 to 1. You will do things that don't scale - whether that means cold-calling businesses, testing ground-level operational processes, or manually matching shifts - until the project gains traction and can stand on its own.
  • Work with Leadership: Collaborate closely with Operations Leadership to move aggressively, iterate on the fly, and turn your frontline learnings into scalable, automated processes.
  • Own the Road: Expect extensive, continuous travel. Your office is wherever the next launch or strategic initiative takes you.
