Nox Metals is a technology company in Detroit supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.
We need someone to own how Nox shows up to the world.

Requirements

• A strong writer who can shift between technical and aspirational
• Cracked with AI tools, design software, and video editing
• High volume without sacrificing quality
• Obsessed with how the brand looks and feels
• High agency. You come up with ideas on your own
• Fast. Publish, learn, iterate. Do not overthink
• Comfortable on camera and behind it
• Low ego. You do the unglamorous work
• Customer obsessed. You speak our buyers' language
• Goal oriented

Responsibilities

• Build and execute content strategy across social, web, email, and video
• Tell the story of American reindustrialization through Nox
• Create content for manufacturing buyers, engineers, and the defense and tech community
• Own the brand and make sure everything that goes out looks and sounds right
• Use AI tools to produce more content faster than a traditional marketing team
• Track what works, cut what does not, move on
• Support recruiting, investor comms, and sales with materials as needed
