The Growth Marketing Operations Team at Apple Services is integral to the success of on-device communications and automated messaging for a variety of Apple media products and services, including Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One. This team is responsible for the development and execution of in-app messaging that reaches millions of users globally across these multiple services. Apple is looking for a self-motivated and curious individual to take charge of the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing. This role will require collaboration across various internal teams, including growth marketing, product, and engineering, to create and launch multi-channel customer communications that enhance awareness and engagement with Apple's services and products. In this position, the selected candidate will work cross-functionally to build and execute customer journeys aimed at growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives. As the subject matter expert in customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate will need to think strategically, execute flawlessly, and collaborate effectively within a highly matrixed organization. Responsibilities will include developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys, which involves assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs. The role also requires clear communication of complex and large-scale projects to stakeholders, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables, and risks are properly addressed and aligned. Additionally, the candidate will monitor campaign performance to ensure operational integrity, identify and communicate issues to internal teams, and pinpoint key opportunities for improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling. A significant aspect of this role will be to build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that will serve as a reference and training resource for the team.
