We're looking for a data-driven, creative problem solver to help level up the user journey across Retool's paid marketing and web experience. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll dig into the data, uncover what's working (and what's not), and use those insights to shape our growth strategy and testing roadmap. You'll spot opportunities where we can tighten up our funnel, then partner with Product Marketing, Design, Analytics, Web, and Demand Gen to build and ship new web experiences that convert better and tell a more consistent story across every touchpoint.
