Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in related field.
5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing.
Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Experience managing webinars using platforms like Goldcast, ON24, or Zoom.
Excellent project management, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day email marketing strategy including execution, measurement, and optimization of targeted programs.
Build and optimize lifecycle nurtures, webinar promotion, and re-engagement programs.
Develop and implement advanced segmentation strategies using various data sources.
Create structured A/B and multivariate testing plans.
Manage the webinar promotion and lifecycle journey, from registration through follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to enable successful webinar execution and optimize attendee experience.
Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimization opportunities.
