Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national family law firm, is seeking an experienced and innovative Growth Marketing Manager to work remotely near one of our offices in Colorado or Texas. Modern Family Law offers competitive compensation, a wide range of benefits, and a culture built on family values. As Modern Family Law’s Growth Marketing Manager, you will own demand and lead generation through non-search channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and other emerging platforms (no paid search/PPC). You’ll design and run full-funnel programs that generate qualified leads for intake teams, expand Modern Family Law’s presence in key markets, and strengthen our visibility in the AI/LLM era. This is a strategy + execution role: you’ll set the playbook, launch experiments, manage communities, and collaborate with our SEO Manager, Creative and Content team (for assets), and our future Email & HubSpot Manager (for lifecycle).

  • Develop and execute full-funnel growth programs across owned, earned, and paid social channels (no paid search/PPC), including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, X, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, and relevant legal communities.
  • Build and manage always-on and campaign-based programs that drive consultations and increase brand visibility.
  • Plan and promote webinars and virtual events as lead-generation programs (with the possibility of converting them into podcasts) in partnership with Content and future Email & HubSpot roles.
  • Own social media strategy and execution: calendars, creative briefs, posting cadence, and performance optimization.
  • Manage and grow communities across Reddit and other forums; oversee Q&A threads and reputation management.
  • Monitor conversations about Modern Family Law and relevant topics and surface insights to the Content or Legal teams.
  • Turn core guides and articles into opportunities and distribution plans across social, communities, and video.
  • Brief and prioritize content needs tied to growth initiatives (e.g., “we need a short explainer to support this Reddit AMA” or “we need a landing page for this webinar”).
  • Ensure content is appropriately packaged, promoted, and repurposed across channels (clips, carousels, social posts, Q&A responses) without needing to produce long-form content.
  • Run structured experiments in Reddit, Quora, and niche communities to build signals and credibility.
  • Track, manage, and report on reputation indicators (reviews, sentiment, mentions, share of conversation in key threads/communities).
  • Design and run growth experiments with clear hypotheses and KPIs (E.g., lead volume, cost per lead, engagement, event signups).
  • Own dashboards and channel-level reporting for social and community efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Dir of Marketing and Marketing team to turn learnings into repeatable playbooks.
  • Work closely with SEO, Web, Intake, and Legal leads to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and conversion-ready (you identify needs and issues; others handle landing pages, forms, and tracking).
  • Provide feedback loops on audience questions, campaign resonance, and funnel/content gaps.
  • 6+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance/social marketing roles with a track record of driving leads (non-search paid channels).
  • Deep experience running programs on at least 3 of: LinkedIn, Meta (IG/Facebook), YouTube, Reddit/Quora, or similar communities.
  • Proven community management experience (Reddit or industry forums), including moderation and reputation management.
  • Strong experimentation mindset: A/B testing, understanding of uplift/lift, and comfort using analytics and dashboards.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
  • High level knowledge and experience working with the Microsoft Suite of products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe; and Zoom Conferencing Technology.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including management staff and support staff.
  • Ability to be a proactive self-starter who understands the details within a much larger context.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and able to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands
  • Position requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk while typing, using a mouse, and looking at a computer screen.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to handle routine or emergent issues.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Experience in legal, healthcare, or other regulated/high-trust industries.
  • Comfort using CRM/analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot dashboards, GA4 in partnership with marketing teams).
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
