We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimize inbound and outbound marketing channels that drive qualified pipeline for Cyderes. This is a highly visible, Player/Coach role—hands-on and execution-focused—sitting at the core of our growth strategy. You will collaborate cross-functionally to plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns that engage our target audiences, convert leads, and accelerate revenue growth. This role works closely with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaigns are fueled by the right messaging, content, and SEO strategy. Marketing Operations to ensure data accuracy, automation, and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce are seamless and scalable. Sales Development to maintain strong alignment on lead follow-up, nurturing, and account engagement. You’ll be directly responsible for managing campaigns end to end—from strategy and setup through execution, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate is a confident, self-driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment, effectively partnering across the GTM team, with external vendors and partner contacts, to deliver on Cyderes’ strategic brand and demand generation goals.
