About The Position

Keeper is on a mission to change the way bookkeepers work by providing an all-in-one tool that allows them to manage their work, communicate with clients, catch hard-to-find errors, and deliver reports to help small business customers make smarter strategic decisions. Founded in 2021, Keeper has raised $12M in funding and currently helps thousands of bookkeepers and accountants manage the books for startups and small businesses across the US. We are looking for a Growth Manager to help us build and scale our growth engine from the ground up, working closely with the Head of Marketing to execute campaigns across multiple channels and drive qualified leads to our sales team.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of Growth/Demand Gen Marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS (Seed–Series C).
  • Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns using modern tools and AI.
  • Willingness to try anything once, and see failure as a data-point that helps us get to success.
  • Comfortable managing projects across multiple channels and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo or Hubspot) and a hunger to create a best-in-class martech stack.
  • Analytical mindset — able to use data to evaluate success and inform decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, AEO, or paid social campaigns.
  • Ability to work with APIs or no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Clay) to connect systems and automate workflows.
  • Experience running lifecycle campaigns that improve product activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Understanding of lead scoring, routing, and CRM data hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Run campaigns across core channels such as email, paid, SEO, and outbound, with an eye toward measurable growth.
  • Help build a modern tech stack and lead the way on experimenting and implementing new tactics and tools.
  • Take primary responsibility for ensuring the website is a high-converting growth channel.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to create campaigns that drive sign-ups, onboard users, and encourage product adoption.
