We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic behavioral health team. The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving demand generation, optimizing marketing campaigns, and supporting the overall growth strategy for our provider-focused initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in high-growth environments, particularly within the healthtech, SaaS industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the ABA therapy or Behavioral Health industry.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Facilitate the company's presence at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
