Shotgun is building the operating system for underground music. We empower event organizers, venues, promoters, festivals, and artists to grow their communities, monetize their creativity, and shape culture. Our platform combines B2B tools for event creators with a consumer marketplace where 9M+ fans discover, buy tickets, and belong to something bigger than a transaction. From 2020 to 2024, we grew GMV by 20x, revenue by 30x, and reached profitability. Today we support 50,000+ clients across three continents. The US market is our largest and fastest-growing opportunity, and this role is central to capturing it. You will own Shotgun's US marketing engine across two tracks: Platform Growth (~60%): Drive awareness, engagement, and conversion on the consumer side. Turn one-time ticket buyers into repeat Shotgun users through lifecycle marketing, content, and community. Client Marketing (~40%): Partner with our largest organizers to co-create data-driven marketing strategies that sell more tickets and deepen fan loyalty using Shotgun's platform. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You are not managing a team (yet). You are the marketing function for the US with a dotted line to our global Marketing & Communications team.
