The Role We’re looking for a highly driven growth marketing expert to drive customer acquisition growth for ShopBack North America. In this role, you’ll collaborate with local teams and regional stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals. If you’re a self-motivated and innovative marketer, we’d love to hear from you! Note: This role is based in Austin, Texas (HQ). Relocation support is provided.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for background in eCommerce, payments, or start-ups. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to execute impactful, growth marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Problem-Solver: A structured thinker who excels at breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Data-Driven: Expertise in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to drive user acquisition growth initiatives.
  • Business Acumen: Skilled in budget management, commercial decision-making, and performance reporting.
  • Effective Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.
  • Creative Vision: A knack for innovative thinking, both in campaign development and process improvement.
  • AI Adoption: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Scale User Acquisition Initiatives: Create and implement high-ROI marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition growth across growth channels like social media, partnerships, digital marketing, content, and influencers.
  • Drive Sustainable Demand Growth: Oversee user development funnels for existing and new business initiatives, ensuring consistent growth.
  • Turn Data into Competitive Edge: Analyse and optimise data and reports to derive actionable insights, present impactful analyses, and recommend key initiatives for optimization.
  • Champion Performance & Accountability: Monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes, providing detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage Marketing Budget & ROI: Oversee marketing budgets, ensure accurate ROI forecasting, and allocation to optimise growth.
