Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 12 years related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiating skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
  • Ability to set strategy and vision for medium to large size organization.
  • Ability to perform various financial analyses and marketing exposure.
  • Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Understands customer objectives and constraints to establish and maintain a favorable relationship.
  • Responsible for the development of a business plan.
  • Contributes towards achieving annual and long-term sales goals.
  • Produces clear, correct proposals and communicates them to customers.
  • Supports contract negotiations with customers.
  • Maintains working knowledge of customer short- and long-term priorities.
  • Provides direction to sales support staff.

Benefits

  • Salary: $146,000 - $206,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
