Each of our brands serves a specific community of practitioners, and the job is to find more of the right people and get them through the door. That means newsletter subscribers who actually open emails, engage with content, and eventually show up to events and become community members. Quality over volume is the actual mandate here. As Growth Manager, you own the acquisition side of that engine. Day to day, that looks like running paid channels like Meta and Beehiiv, managing lifecycle flows, testing what is and is not working, and building the infrastructure that holds it all together: landing pages, signup flows, onboarding paths, lead magnets. Growth here is not a siloed function. You will work closely with the teams across content, community, and product to make sure what you are building is connected to what is actually happening inside each network. What you build shows up in community health, event attendance, and the business. You report to the Sr. Director of Marketing.
