Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing/Growth, preferably in the Crypto industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Inspire and motivate the team and external stakeholders, including partners and investors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Paid media/performance marketing experience.
  • A data-driven and entrepreneurial mindset, ability to operate in ambiguity.
  • A passion for crypto and digital assets, familiarity with emerging trends and news.
  • Organized and experienced in project management or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience at a crypto exchange.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Amplitude (or equivalent), Impact, MMPs (Appsflyer, Branch), SEMrush, ASO

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other teams to ensure product launches, campaigns, and incentives are executed effectively to increase user acquisition in the US.
  • Liason with Global Paid Marketing team.
  • Develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, content creation, publishers, KOLs, SEO, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met.
  • Partner with paid and brand design teams, ensuring consistency with a focus on ROI and data-driven results.
  • Lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints, and tailoring communication strategies to specific user segments.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Effectively communicate with legal and compliance teams, ensuring that all marketing efforts and strategies are compliant and well-positioned.
