Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or full-funnel B2B marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize lifecycle and growth marketing programs that improve activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Experience collaborating with demand generation teams without directly owning acquisition channels.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Analytical, data-driven, and experimentation-focused mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage lifecycle marketing programs across email and in-app channels, including onboarding, activation, product updates, newsletters, and advocacy campaigns.
  • Develop expansion and upsell nurture flows informed by customer goals, product usage, and adoption patterns.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, Product, and Demand Generation teams to align messaging, content, and experiments with customer needs and growth objectives.
  • Design and execute cross-funnel experiments that improve conversion, activation, and retention metrics.
  • Create and repurpose content including landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, blog posts, and case studies that drive engagement and support acquisition and retention goals.
  • Measure program performance and analyze user behavior to continuously optimize campaigns and provide insights to stakeholders.
