Role Overview As the Growth Lead at Maxima, you will define and monitor our entire addressable market for intent signals, reach the right people at the right time at scale, and double down on what works by layering in additional channels and AI-powered workflows. You sit at the intersection of growth marketing, revops, and account-based marketing. This is a hands-on, builder-operator role. You will use modern GTM tools (Clay, Amplemarket, HubSpot) as well as AI tools to build enrichment pipelines, scoring models, signal-based campaigns, and multi-channel workflows. This role is focused on building systems, not running one-off campaigns. You will design repeatable, scalable growth infrastructure that compounds over time. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you do need to be highly technical in how you approach growth. You should be comfortable building sophisticated workflows, automations, and data pipelines without waiting for engineering support.
