What you'll do Develop & Execute Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive international expansion strategy that aligns with overall corporate objectives. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across diverse regions, assessing potential challenges and growth prospects. Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments. Develop actionable insights to adapt and refine our international strategy. Partnership & Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key global stakeholders, including potential partners, distributors, and clients. Lead negotiations and establish strategic alliances, joint ventures, and distribution agreements. Represent the company at international industry events, trade shows, and business forums. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing international growth team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance, operations) to ensure seamless integration of international initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and accountability. Financial Oversight & Performance Tracking: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs specific to international markets. Monitor performance metrics, evaluate ROI on international projects, and adjust strategies as needed. Provide regular updates to executive leadership regarding international business development progress.
