About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and relationship-focused International Growth Lead our global expansion efforts. This is a unique opportunity to drive international growth by identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and aligning our international initiatives with our overarching business objectives. What you'll do Develop & Execute Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive international expansion strategy that aligns with overall corporate objectives. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across diverse regions, assessing potential challenges and growth prospects. Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments. Develop actionable insights to adapt and refine our international strategy. Partnership & Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key global stakeholders, including potential partners, distributors, and clients. Lead negotiations and establish strategic alliances, joint ventures, and distribution agreements. Represent the company at international industry events, trade shows, and business forums. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing international growth team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance, operations) to ensure seamless integration of international initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and accountability. Financial Oversight & Performance Tracking: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs specific to international markets. Monitor performance metrics, evaluate ROI on international projects, and adjust strategies as needed. Provide regular updates to executive leadership regarding international business development progress.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of business development experience, with a focus on international markets.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling operations in multiple geographies.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing complex international deals.
