About The Position

We’re seeking a Growth Lead – Business Development Representative to drive new patient growth through community outreach, partnerships, and events. This role is key to connecting individuals to the right Duly services and supporting the growth of priority service lines and care centers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in community outreach, business development, or healthcare engagement is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Community Outreach & Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and civic groups to expand Duly’s local presence.
  • Represent Duly at health fairs, screenings, and other community events to educate the public and promote access to care.
  • Event Planning & Execution
  • Coordinate recurring and one-time community events highlighting Duly providers, services, and growth areas.
  • Ensure events run smoothly with proper collateral, scheduling support, and cross-department coordination.
  • Lead Generation & Appointment Conversion
  • Capture community leads using approved tools (tablets, QR codes, or digital forms).
  • Record outreach activities and lead outcomes accurately in CRM and EPIC systems.
  • Track and report key metrics including event attendance, lead volume, appointment conversions, and patient growth impact.
  • Schedule appointments directly or facilitate warm handoffs to contact center or operations teams within 24–48 hours.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with Marketing to align outreach activities, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Work closely with Operations to optimize provider availability and event participation.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams to coordinate outreach priorities and evaluate results.
