Burgess Inspections is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Growth-Focused Scheduler & Customer Service Representative . This full-time position blends relationship-based sales and customer support with scheduling and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident on the phone, and enjoys helping clients and partners feel supported from start to finish. Requirements

  • Excellent phone and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Previous experience in sales, scheduling, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.

  • Must be able to pass background and driving checks.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, Realtors, and partners through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with lead generation and networking to support business growth.
  • Schedule home inspections accurately and communicate clearly with clients and inspectors.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Provide administrative and data entry support to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to help strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.
