Position Summary: We're looking for a friendly, organized, and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative & Scheduler. In this role, you'll be the first voice our customers hear and a key part of keeping our office running efficiently. From scheduling service calls to supporting our technicians and sales team, you'll play an important role in delivering the Arronco experience.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and office tools
Nice To Haves
- HVAC experience is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right person
- Previous experience in customer service and scheduling is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering calls, assisting customers, and creating a positive experience every time
- Schedule and coordinate service and maintenance appointments to keep our technicians running efficiently
- Manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload while staying organized and detailoriented
- Enter and track sales leads generated by our service team
- Oversee and maintain sales incentive (spiff) programs
- Process recurring payments and maintain accurate customer billing information
- Assist with accounts receivable, including collecting past-due balances and maintaining tracking spreadsheets
- Support daily office operations and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
