About The Position

We’re seeking a highly analytical, execution-oriented Growth Experimentation Lead to implement and operationalize prioritized growth experiments across the customer lifecycle, from awareness through retention and advocacy. This is a critical execution role within AutoTune’s growth engine. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, Web, and Analytics teams to turn hypotheses into shipped tests, measurable learnings, and scalable growth wins for AutoTune and our broader product portfolio. Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, product growth, conversion optimization, or experimentation-focused roles.
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional experiments from concept to launch to insight.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics: traffic, CTR, CVR, activation, retention, revenue.
  • Comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Web, Creative, and Analytics teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent tests.
  • Data-driven, but creative in forming hypotheses and identifying leverage points.
  • Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and keep momentum moving.

  • Experience in SaaS, creator tools, subscription businesses, or consumer experimentation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Web Engineering, and Analytics to compile and maintain a centralized experimentation backlog across funnel stages.
  • Assess test ideas for impact, effort, risk, and learning value.
  • Support the prioritization of quarterly and monthly experimentation roadmaps, providing input on impact, effort, and sequencing.
  • Own day-to-day execution of growth experiments in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Web Engineering.
  • Translate hypotheses into clear test briefs, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and launches to ensure experiments ship on schedule.
  • Partner with Marketing and Analytics teams to define success metrics, tracking plans, and evaluation frameworks for each test.
  • Analyze results and synthesize learnings into clear recommendations.
  • Build a shared knowledge base of insights and best practices across funnel stages.
  • Help formalize experimentation processes: intake, prioritization, launch, readout, and iteration.
  • Surface repeatable patterns and document learnings for playbook creation.
  • Partner with the Content Marketing Lead to test messaging, positioning, and content formats
  • Coordinate with the Organic Growth Lead on SEO- and acquisition-driven experiments
  • Work with the Social Media Creator to test creative formats and distribution hypotheses
