About The Position
We're looking to bring on our first growth engineer. In this role, you'll design and ship experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention, working closely with product & design to build data-informed features that move our key metrics while working with our visual language and brand identity.
Requirements
- Obsessed with creative tools - is proficient in at least three creative tools or has built one before
- Extensive experience in quick iteration and A/B testing fo growth strategies and features.
- Familiar with Posthog or similar quantitative user tracking tools.
- Comfortable with all parts of the stack — you have no trouble context-switching from editing CSS to tuning database queries.
- Solid experience with React, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS and modern front-end build systems (Webpack, ES6, etc).
- 5+ years experience
Nice To Haves
- Ideally familiar with production JavaScript / Node backends.
