About The Position

About Console Console builds AI agents that automate IT support directly in Slack, handling everything from password resets to onboarding so teams can focus on their core tasks. We’re backed by Thrive Capital (investors in OpenAI, Stripe, GitHub), SV Angel, Jack Altman, and other Tier 1 founders. With strong product-market fit and a massive market ahead, we’re positioned to define the next generation of internal automation and how IT teams operate in an AI-native world. Why Join Impact from day 1: You’ll own our GTM eng stack. Autonomy: High-agency environment. Ship fast, iterate faster, and own results end-to-end. Team: Ex-founders and startup operators obsessed with solving hard problems. Upside: Competitive pay in the top 10% of early-stage SF startups plus equity. The Role We’re hiring for a Growth Engineer to design, build, and own Console’s GTM systems from the ground up. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Growth and Sales to identify the biggest revenue levers, turn them into scalable workflows, and ship systems that materially accelerate pipeline and expansion. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable building integrations and automations as they are debating outbound strategy or funnel design. You won’t be handed a fixed scope. You’ll help define the surface area: what to automate, what to instrument, and how to evolve our GTM engine as we scale.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, sales engineering, or growth engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience building GTM workflows and integrations from scratch, not just maintaining existing systems.
  • Fluent in modern GTM tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Marketo, etc).
  • Comfortable working with APIs and automation platforms (Zapier, custom scripts).
  • Ability to query and manipulate data (SQL required; Python or JavaScript a strong plus).
  • Strong commercial intuition. You understand sales and marketing motions and tie technical work to revenue outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; proactive about spotting opportunities and moving quickly.
  • Clear communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build GTM infrastructure from scratch including lead routing, lifecycle management, pipeline tracking, and post-sale workflows.
  • Design and ship AI-native revenue workflows that surface next-best actions, trigger timely outreach, and connect data across systems.
  • Own the GTM stack: selecting, implementing, and integrating tools across sales, marketing, and success, then evolving the stack as Console scales.
  • Embed closely with Growth and Sales to translate business problems into technical solutions and ship improvements quickly.
  • Own projects end-to-end, from scoping and design through launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
  • Build the reporting and insights layer that makes performance visible, actionable, and aligned with company goals.
  • Continuously improve speed and leverage across GTM teams through automation, better data, and smarter workflows.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay in the top 10% of early-stage SF startups plus equity.
