About The Position

As a Growth Engineer at Sent, you'll build the systems that attract developers and technical decision-makers to Sent - from programmatic content generation to automated campaign infrastructure. This role combines technical skills with marketing creativity. You'll write code that generates traffic, build tools that convert visitors to customers, and create technical content that establishes Sent as a thought leader in messaging infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Programming ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) with focus on automation
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (analytics, automation, CMS)
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and demand generation
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance
  • Strong written communication skills for technical audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to developers or technical buyers
  • Background with developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure products
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Previous experience building programmatic content systems
  • Knowledge of messaging infrastructure or CPaaS platforms

Responsibilities

  • Build Marketing Automation
  • Design and implement programmatic content systems for SEO and developer engagement
  • Create automated outbound campaigns using marketing automation tools and custom scripts
  • Build data pipelines to identify and target high-intent prospects
  • Develop interactive tools (ROI calculators, channel comparison engines, migration planners)
  • Drive Technical Content & SEO
  • Generate programmatic landing pages optimized for keywords
  • Create technical blog content, integration guides, and developer resources
  • Build systems that automatically publish and distribute content across channels
  • Optimize our developer documentation and onboarding experience
  • Enable Sales with Technology
  • Build tools that help the sales team identify and qualify prospects
  • Create personalized demo environments and proof-of-concept implementations
  • Develop cost comparison models that quantify Sent's value proposition
  • Support enterprise prospects during technical evaluations
