This job We’re hiring a Growth Engineer focused on user experience and product to own and optimize the first-time user journey at Krea. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, UX, and growth. Your primary goal is to ensure that a user’s first interactions with Krea are intuitive, delightful, and lead them to value as quickly as possible. This is for someone who combines technical strength with deep empathy for users.

Requirements

  • Strong engineering background with experience shipping user-facing product changes.
  • Deep care for UX and user empathy; experience running user interviews or usability tests.
  • Comfort with analytics, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing tools.
  • Product-minded: you think holistically about journeys, not just individual features.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Experience working closely with designers, PMs, and marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve the first-time user experience across onboarding, activation, and early product usage.
  • Design, build, and run A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement throughout the funnel.
  • Conduct UX research and user interviews to uncover friction and opportunities.
  • Set up and maintain analytics, event instrumentation, and dashboards to measure experience quality.
  • Build and ship product and UX improvements directly in the codebase.
  • Partner with design, product, and growth to translate insights into shipped improvements.
  • Coordinate with teams or contributors working on SEO pages, docs, landing pages, and pricing to ensure a consistent and intuitive experience.
