About the Role We're looking for an Engineer focused on acquisition and demand generation. You'll own server-side, multi-channel engineering and the API integrations that power our marketing programsβ€”from email nurture to organic and paid acquisition to affiliate loops. Working closely with Marketing, you'll architect feedback systems that let campaigns self-optimize, ship instrumentation that drives insights, and run experiments that measurably improve how we attract and convert new users.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years building and shipping user-facing products with measurable growth impact; you've meaningfully moved acquisition or revenue metrics at scale.
  • Full-stack TypeScript experience across React, APIs and backend.
  • Strong product sense + analytical rigor: you write SQL, define success metrics, and know when to pivot or double-down.
  • Experience with experimentation platforms (homegrown or vendor), event schemas, and cohort/segmentation analysis.
  • Bias to action: you prototype quickly, validate with users, and ship.

Responsibilities

  • Build the plumbing for autonomous marketing programs: Design and maintain server-side frameworks, event pipelines, and API integrations across email (Iterable), paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn), affiliate networks, and analytics warehouses (BigQuery).
  • Own integrated infrastructure: Instrument data events across acquisition funnels, landing pages, email sequences, and in-product activation flows; ensure statistical rigor, proper attribution, and clean holdout groups.
  • Ship growth systems that close feedback loops: Build targeting/segmentation logic, dynamic offer engines, real-time performance dashboards, and automated campaign optimization rules that react to conversion data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Sales to translate business strategies into technical specs, campaign architectures, and measurable experiments that drive incremental revenue and customer acquisition.
