Typical Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm Pay $18-22 per hour based on performance FISH offers: Paid training, no experience necessary Pay based on work completed No nights or weekends Flexible hours Full- or part-time available year-round Tips and additional commission opportunities Inside and outside work Equipment and uniforms furnished Other Qualifications: Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation to be used throughout the day Liability car insurance Provide excellent customer service Self-motivated and able to work alone Position Summary: The Sales Manager is a key member of the Leadership Team and focuses on the continued growth of the business through developing relationships with business owners, community members, and third party managers. The Sales Manager has a high level of flexibility in his/ her schedule, and requires the ability to manage one's own time well. This position offers a variety of tasks which include time spent both indoors and outdoors. This is an exciting opportunity to develop long term relationships, achieve sales goals, and be part of an amazing team. Responsibilities

Aquire new business accounts through developing business to business relationships.
Establish relationships for referrals from cleaning companies, maintenance companies and property management companies.
Expand residential customer base through networking and referrals.
Ensure weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals are met.
