About The Position
Carolina Energy Conservation and Klaus Roofing Systems are seeking a driven Growth & Canvassing Coordinator to act as a community ambassador and generate new business through face-to-face engagement. This field-based role focuses on canvassing neighborhoods and job sites, building B2B relationships, and representing the company at events, home shows, and festivals. You'll also support marketing efforts by creating content and collaborating on growth strategies. Ideal candidates are outgoing, self-motivated, and energized by connecting with people and driving results. Compensation includes hourly pay plus performance-based booking bonuses.
