Schumacher is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Growth Associate to join our Growth Team. This role will support revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to expand a portfolio of key distribution partners, while strengthening customer relationships through an elevated cross-channel brand experience. The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical thinker with a start-up mindset—comfortable exploring new opportunities, testing ideas, and evolving strategies to drive business growth. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, relationship management, brand building, and analytics. A typical day may include collaborating with a distribution partner on a category growth plan, refining a sampling or merchandising strategy, working cross-functionally to deploy a brand or marketing activation, analyzing performance from a recent initiative, or researching a new opportunity tied to revenue growth or market expansion. In this role, you will help shape how Schumacher shows up with select partners, ensuring product, sampling, marketing, and experiential strategies are aligned, differentiated, and growth oriented.
