Here at Northspyre, we’re hiring our first sales representative to help launch and scale an exciting new product built for real estate development acquisitions and deal planning! The product helps developers, investors, and operators evaluate opportunities, underwrite deals, and plan projects with greater speed and confidence. In this role, you’ll spend much of your time running discovery calls and live product demos with users who start on our free tier. You’ll guide prospects through real deal scenarios, help them understand the value of upgrading to our core product, and close high-velocity upgrades as deal needs become more complex. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership, direct exposure to leadership, and a front-row seat to building a sales motion at the intersection of SaaS and commercial real estate. You’ll work closely with our founder/CEO to refine messaging, shape the early sales playbook, and build a repeatable free-to-paid motion from the ground up!
