The role is not just about being strong at sales but also relationship management and business operations. This role is a critical role within the B2B Sales organization to help drive growth targets for the Americas market. The Group Sales & Operations Manger is responsible for delivering both Tour Operator and Groups business by cultivating relationships with the buyers, driving brand awareness, and identifying new tour operator and group prospects. By effectively representing the Hurtigruten brand to the current and potential new partners, this position strives for successful execution of their sales plan and achievement of the passenger and revenue goals. This role is highly operational and requires savvy sales experience.
