Position Summary:Day-to-day job functions include facilitating psychoeducational groups and process groups, completing treatment plans and updates, and active engagement with a dynamic treatment team. This team member will also assist in the development and implementation of a holistic, evidence-based curriculum that focuses on addressing patient symptoms and building necessary skills to assist our patients in connecting back to what matters most while establishing a clear path to long-term wellness. As a PRN employee with Connections Wellness Group, you must meet the following requirements to maintain your employment status: You must ensure that your available time is updated on the PRN availability calendar. Cannot deny three (3) provided shifts within each quarter. You must respond to coverage requests by leadership within 48 hours. You must attend all training/in-service in order to stay on top of process and policy updates. If you are unable to attend, you must communicate with your primary supervisor to ensure you receive the information.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent field.
  • Current unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCDC) per state of practice guidelines.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, including dual diagnosis populations.
  • Proven background working across higher levels of care, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings
  • A thorough knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines as well as state and federal guidelines and compliance regulations (HIPAA, Mandated Reporting, etc.).
  • Employees will also maintain adequate professional liability insurance.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to a national background check.
