The Group Sales Manager will work with various departments to ensure requested services are provided to customers. Servicing when required. Develops and implements sales activities within the entertainment and sports teams’ market segments to achieve budgeted goals. Assures individual booking goals are achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Represent hotel at tradeshows as specified by hotel and corporate. Participate in business review meetings, special events, sales meetings and other ad hoc meetings as required. Develop accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific business and buying tendencies and creating group profiles. Maintain organized and professional plan for correspondence and follow up. Generate hotel awareness through direct phone sales; direct sales calls, tradeshows and networking. Other duties as assigned by manager or needed/requested from client. Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation. Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee. Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct. We are open to a Remote Sales Manager for this position.
