Requirements

  • Possess a solid background of at least 2 years in hospitality sales
  • Have an in depth understanding of the business, competitive landscape and the local market
  • Are personable, persuasive and posses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are organized and can multi-task
  • Have a passion for selling and loves to foster long term relationships with prospective guests

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and nurture a portfolio of accounts to maximize buisness for the hotel
  • Travel to key markets to develop new business and maintain existing relationships
  • Promote high visibility of Hotel through active involvement in industry associations and trade shows
  • Negotiate, prepare, and review terms of contracts for Hotel services in compliance with Hotel billing and rate guidelines and under supervision of Director of Sales
  • Meet or exceed targets for prospecting of sales opportunities and targets for revenue streams, as determined by Hotel management
