Requirements

3+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably in group or corporate segments
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with sales platforms (Delphi, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and grit
Flexibility to attend events, travel locally, and work outside standard hours when needed

Responsibilities

Drive group room revenue through proactive sales strategies and relationship building
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with corporate, association, and social clients
Respond to inquiries, create proposals, and negotiate contracts with precision and flair
Collaborate with operations, catering, and events teams to ensure flawless execution
Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate regular sales reports
Stay sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Be a brand ambassador—inside and outside the building
