  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Knowledge of hotel or resort operations and sales processes
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
