Essential Job Functions: Answer customer calls promptly and professionally. Reserve, confirm and revise all group reservations. Accurately sell group package programs. Collect manifests and rooming lists prior to group’s arrival; enter information from manifests into ACSC system. Promptly provide and document customer information, offer alternative options. Assist in completion of group bookings and payment records. Maintain all physical filing system to eliminate and control inefficiencies. Ensure customer satisfaction by communicating with guests and following through with special requests, instructions, or complaints. Must maintain good relationships and rapport with all departments in the company. Build and provide player cards to customers. May be assigned coordination of corporate events to include: o Schedule, plan, and coordinate sales for property conference room and showroom; distribute banquet prospectus sheet to Directors and other affected department heads providing information on corporate groups and their specific needs. o In conjunction with Group Sales Manager and Golf Staff, schedule and coordinate golf tournaments and banquets throughout the property. o Accurately order audio/visual equipment for functions in a timely manner, paying particular attention to special requests. Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy. Other Job Functions: Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. Assist with greeting groups when necessary.
