Communicating effectively with multiple hotel departments and clients alike, a Group Coordinator exemplifies strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Requirements
- Detailed and organized personality
- Sales mentality
- Excellent interpersonal skills during phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients and the hotel sales team to establish and oversee group room blocks.
- Create reservation booking links and manage call-in reservations for group blocks.
- Set up accurate billing for group reservations.
- Generate reservation reports for clients and hotel sales team
- Assist hotel operations team in blocking rooms for guest arrivals.
