As our Group Sales Account Executive , you play a critical role in engaging with potential clients to create unforgettable game-day experiences through ticket packages, including full-season, half-season, mini-packages, and a special emphasis on crafting group experiences that bring people together for thrilling moments. In this role, you will c onnect with businesses, organizations, and individuals in the Portland/Vancouver area to showcase the excitement, energy, and value of live sports. You will de liver premier customer service to season ticket holders, prospects, and single-game attendees, ensuring every fan has an amazing experience. This isn’t just about selling tickets—it’s about crafting experiences that bring people together. Our ideal candidate excels at building relationships, understanding client needs, and providing solutions that elevate every fan’s game-day experience. Multi-tasking is second nature to you, whether you’re managing multiple accounts, executing creative fan activations, or collaborating with internal teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree , or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • E xperience in sales, preferably within ticket sales.
  • S trong customer service skills.
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver real-time solutions.
  • Strong ability to negotiat e .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A bility to work a flexible schedule, including working during nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • E xperience with Arc h tics (Ticketmaster) is preferred.
  • E xperience with a CRM system is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Call new contacts to sell full-season , half - season , and group packages.
  • Work with current accounts to service, alter , and satisfy their ticket needs.
  • Pro actively identify and connect with potential clients.
  • U s e analytics to cultivate leads, set appointments , and make sales calls.
  • Responsible for achieving individual and departmental goals.
  • Establish relationships and work closely with internal partners such as Ticket Operations, Game Operations, Fan and Brand Development , and Building Operations.
  • Execute fan experience during games.
