About The Position

The Group Reservations Coordinator assists the Group Reservations Manager with processing and maintaining accurate group rooming arrangements for The Sanctuary Hotel and Resort Villas. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing professional service to guests and team members.

Requirements

High school graduate, or equivalent, is preferred.
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to multi-task, works well under pressure, and is detail oriented.
Good to excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing all duties associated with processing group rooming arrangements for The Sanctuary hotel and Villas.
Responsible for managing and ensuring accuracy of resort (Villas) and hotel group room reservations forms.
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service throughout all communication with coworkers and guests.
Work closely with members of Group Reservations.
Performs quarterly system audit for accuracy; SalesForce and Agilysys.
All other duties, as assigned.
