About The Position

The Hilton Orlando , located off International Drive near the Orange County Convention Center, is excited to welcome a Group Reservations Coordinator to the team. Spread across 26 acres and featuring over 1,400 rooms and suites, along with extensive indoor, outdoor, and convention space, we’re ready to host unforgettable experiences! Ideal candidates have front desk experience, Hilton systems experience, and is someone who has a desire to progress within commercial services. Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday very flexible, 8\:30am-5pm Pay Rate: $20.35 per hour

Responsibilities

Process group reservation information and input rooming lists
Enter reservations, process reservation changes, and ensure organization of group rooms upon arrival
Communicate effectively with Meeting Planners, Housing Agencies, Clients, and internally with Revenue, Events, Sales, and Front Office Teams
Respond to both guests and clients in-person, email, and telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Perform word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, and copying
