About The Position

The Hilton Anaheim is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator to join our Reservations team. Our property has 1,574 rooms, is newly renovated and located in the heart of California's famous Orange County, adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and steps from the Disneyland Resort. In this role, you will be responsible for processing group reservation information, including rooming lists, suites, resumes, and billing requirements. You will communicate and verify details between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions, and the Front Office. Additional responsibilities include handling reservation request calls as needed, assisting both internal and external customers, coordinating and executing department activities and projects, and providing clerical support to management. Requirements

  • The ability to work a full shift (8 hours).
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends.
  • The ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 20 lbs.
  • A minimum of 6 months previous Customer Service experience.
