About The Position

The beautiful Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a full-time Group Reservation Coordinator to join their team! This 1000-room oceanfront resort is a beautiful getaway with two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach, offering stunning views, delicious dining options, and endless sunshine to guests! The ideal candidate for this position will possess previous hotel guest services or reservation experience, as well as training with the Hilton specific reservation system (OnQ)! What will I be doing? As a Group Reservation Coordinator, you would be responsible for collaborating with the sales, revenue and front office departments in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

  • Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements
  • Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office
  • Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers
  • Coordinates and implements department activities and projects
  • Provides clerical support and assistance to management
