About The Position

This senior leadership role is designed for an experienced operations professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and system design. You will lead the development and evolution of processes, tools, and frameworks that enable a high-performing product organization to plan, build, and launch products efficiently at scale. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Support, you will ensure alignment between strategy and execution, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the quality and consistency of product delivery. This position offers the opportunity to influence organizational standards, optimize cross-functional workflows, and mentor a team of Product Operations managers, leaving a lasting impact on the way the product organization operates. You will also champion change management initiatives and operational excellence across multiple product teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Ops, or consulting within a technical organization.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Demonstrated success designing and scaling product development processes and operational frameworks for large, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution, capable of defining “what” and driving the “how.”
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Support leaders.
  • Proven ability to lead change, influence without authority, and drive organizational alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create executive-ready narratives.
  • Comfortable leveraging data, dashboards, and operational tools to drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve core processes, operating rhythms, and standards that support the product organization.
  • Define and evolve scalable frameworks for product planning, development, launch, and review, ensuring clarity and efficiency across teams.
  • Build and maintain operational systems, tools, trackers, and workflows to support consistent execution and alignment with business strategy.
  • Translate leadership strategy into actionable plans, including planning cycles, MBRs, and company-wide product updates.
  • Establish quality standards for product artifacts, documentation, and team rituals, maintaining clarity and credibility.
  • Partner with stakeholders such as Product Marketing and Support to streamline workflows, improve information flow, and reduce duplication.
  • Lead change management initiatives for new processes and systems, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Operations managers, elevating execution quality and operational impact.
