About The Position

This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and scaling the foundations of product operations across a high-growth product organization. You will design and implement the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that enable product teams to plan, build, launch, and communicate products efficiently. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring operational clarity, consistency, and alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Support. You will lead a team of Product Operations managers, drive adoption of best practices, and create scalable solutions that improve visibility, accountability, and execution quality. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Ops, Consulting, or related roles in technical organizations
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to own and evolve product development processes, operating cadence, and planning frameworks at scale
  • Proven expertise in designing workflows and systems that are adopted across large, cross-functional product organizations
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on and translate vision into actionable plans
  • Experience working closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Support
  • Track record of leading change, driving alignment, and influencing without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear, executive-ready narratives
  • Comfort with data, dashboards, and tools to drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams

Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously improve core processes, operating cadences, and standards that power the product organization
  • Define and optimize the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to launch, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and adaptability
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and PM workflows to align operational systems with team needs
  • Build and maintain tools, trackers, and workflows that enable consistent product execution and cross-team collaboration
  • Translate leadership strategy into execution models, including planning cycles, MBRs, and company-wide product updates
  • Establish quality standards for product artifacts, documentation, and team rituals
  • Coordinate cross-functional processes with Product Marketing, Support, and other stakeholders to reduce duplication and enhance information flow
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring adoption of new processes and measurable improvements
  • Manage and evolve the Product Operations tool stack to improve visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency
  • Mentor and develop Product Operations managers, shifting the function toward proactive system design and strategic impact
