Your Opportunity, Your Team: The Product Central Inbound Operations Manager supports QVC and ensures process quality, productivity, financial, and service goals are met by leading operations, coaching the team, and efficiently managing resources to deliver accurate products for Live Show support . Where You'll Work: This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA location daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role. Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility as required by business needs What You'll Do: Oversee a multi-shift, 7-day distribution operation, managing quality, scheduling, logistics, inventory, and compliance with procedures and performance goals. Lead a 24/7 operational team to ensure service accuracy, resolve inventory issues, and maintain process integrity, serving as the key contact for customers and internal teams. Provide real-time feedback and quality insights to stakeholders, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration to maximize site effectiveness and efficiency. Develop and manage annual budgets, staffing plans, and employee development, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and HR coordination. Drive operational excellence by resolving complex issues, implementing process improvements, leading projects to optimize costs and quality, and ensuring a safe, engaging work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience), with at least 5 years leading cross-functional, customer-facing teams and driving process improvements.
  • Expertise in operational controls, internal auditing, process optimization, and designing efficient organizational workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead cost-saving and service-enhancing projects in partnership with key business areas, while demonstrating strong leadership, engagement, customer focus, and change management skills.
